Open Source AI Model for COVID-19 CT Diagnostics and Prognosis

An ensemble cast has been assembled to help to foster the growth of a collaborative community that currently involves Vancouver General Hospital, Vancouver Imaging, SapienML, Amazon Web Services, Xtract.ai, the University of British Columbia, Element ai, and md.ai. It would not be possible to accomplish this task alone, so we brought together the best and brightest from these groups in Canada to spearhead the fight against COVID-19.

It’s not just the personnel that make this possible. We have reached out to healthcare centers from around the world and collected a repository of COVID positive and/or PCR+ positive patient CT scans. The first of its kind international COVID-19 CT dataset.
